A ROCK Group is a small group of 6-10 people who come together regularly to help each other in discovering and living a devoted life to Christ by being a community, connected to each other and committed to spiritually growing.

In a group people experience the love of God as they care for one another, help each other on their faith journey, pray for each other, and are transformed by God's amazing power. As they experience this love and power, they extend it to others.

Groups meet weekly or bi-weekly for about 1½ hours in someone's home or other places agreed upon by the group.

secretkeepergirlsSecret Keeper Girls

Why can't I wear what everyone else is wearing? Every parent of a daughter has heard this question at least once. Dannah Gresh writes to young girls to help them understand that immodesty is not just fashion, its sin. In a positive and inviting way, Secret Keeper will stir a desire in your daughter for outer and inner modesty.

Secret Keeper Girl is a resource designed to pamper you and your 8-12 year old daughter (girls in grades 3rd-8th grade) with eight easy-to-plan dates focused on genuine beauty. Some of the dates include a facial, an art show, a tea party, a beauty salon visit, fancy dinner with dad and a shopping spree. You can teach her the power of true beauty and modesty.

greetersGreeters

When you go to a new place for the first time it can be a bit awkward… you might not know where to park, who'll be there, what they'll expect you to do or know, where you should sit… it's intimidating! At Spring Valley we try to remove some of that anxiety by starting your experience off with a welcoming face. Our greeters do just that, they greet! Greeters welcome people on a Sunday morning with a smile, handshake, and a stash of helpfulness and assistance for any question or need you may have.

younglifeYoung Life

Picture a sea of teenage faces in a crowded school hallway. Some kids are trying to blend in; some are being carried along by the crowd; others are deliberately swimming against the tide. All of them are trying to find their way in a culture that is crowded with the noise and glare of media messages and peer expectations.

Young Life seeks to carry the message of Jesus Christ into that tumultuous tide and points teenagers toward life as they were created to live it. Since 1941, the dynamic that has characterized Young Life is its commitment to relationships. Young Life leaders meeting kids on their turf in the interest of friendship. As leaders get to know teenagers, they are able to share the love of Jesus Christ through platforms like Young Life club, Campaigners and trips to camp.

Whether kids are seeking answers or just acceptance, Young Life is there for them, armed with a desire for fun and the ultimate message of hope.
